Jealousy & Insecurity Index
Measure your levels of jealousy, possessiveness, trust, and emotional security.
About this assessment
Jealousy and insecurity in relationships usually trace back to attachment patterns formed long before the relationship itself β how safe you learned it was to trust, how you were taught to interpret distance from a partner, and how you cope when you feel uncertain about where you stand. This assessment scores your responses across several categories (trust, comparison, need for reassurance, reaction to distance, and more) rather than producing a single "jealousy score."
It's built for self-reflection, not diagnosis β it won't tell you whether your feelings in a specific relationship are justified, and it isn't a substitute for therapy if insecurity is significantly affecting your relationships or wellbeing. What it can do is name patterns you may recognise but haven't put into words, which is usually the first step toward changing them.
