Why an extended assessment

The standard Enneagram test on this site uses 110 questions, which is enough to place most people confidently in one of the nine types. This extended version runs 188 questions, adding statements that probe wings, instinctual subtypes, and behaviour under both stress and security more granularly — useful if your standard result felt like a close call between two types, or if you want more confidence in the wing and arrow detail.

Expect around 20 minutes rather than 15. The underlying model is the same nine-type, three-centres Enneagram described in the type guides — this version just samples your answers more densely before scoring.
